Rufus Ecology - About Us
Rufus Ecology is a newly formed business, but with plenty of experience in a wide range of ecological matters.
We have extensive experience of working in Development Control, working closely with Local Authorities, developers, conservation agencies and other interested parties to agree proposals for appropriate development plans. Such work is backed by detailed surveys and research. We have also acted as expert witness at Public Inquiries.
All our work is carried out by qualified Conservation Ecologists, experienced botanists, and experts in other fields as required. We conduct site surveys and interpret the results for various purposes. As well as development control discussed above, this knowledge can be used to develop management schemes or draw up proposals for funding such as Higher Level Stewardship funding for farms.
